Welcome to our church. We welcome all people to join us on the journey to discover God’s love and the message of hope in Jesus. We seek to do this by connecting people to people and connecting people to service.
Some Questions, Some Answers!
What if I am having doubts about my faith?
We welcome those who have questions and are doubting their faith and those who may not have had much experience with religion. We are all on a journey. We want to be a place for you to ask questions and to explore.
What should I wear?
Dress is casual and comfortable. Come as you are.
Where should I park?
Feel free to park on the street around the church. Additional parking is available in the lot between the gas station and the church and behind Bush Construction across Redington Street.
Are the buildings accessible for the disabled?
Our buildings are accessible to all with ramps to main entrances, accessible restrooms in the main building and assisted hearing devices in the sanctuary.
Can I bring my child into the worship service?
Yes, children are always welcome. Once we re-open for regular services, we will offer child care for pre-school children during the Sunday School and Worship times.
Is there Sunday School? (to be resumed after COVID-19 restrictions are eased)
Sunday School is normally offered for all ages at 9:00 am. Adults meet in the main building and children and youth in the Education Building.
What is Sunday worship like?
Our Worship Service is held in the Sanctuary at 11:00 am on Sundays. with a live Zoom option and recordings on YouTube. Sunday school for children and adult are suspended for now.We welcome all to worship every Sunday morning, services generally last about an hour. Following service, we gather for coffee and fellowship.
Can anyone take Communion?
Communion is open to all. You do not need to be a member of this or any church, only desire a closer relationship with God. We use bread and grape juice.
Are there opportunities for Spiritual Growth?
Adults are supported in their spiritual growth with opportunities throughout the week for study: Men’s Study group – Wednesdays at 8:00 am,
Women’s Bible Study – Thursdays at 9:00 am Currently these are online Zoom meetings.
Are there opportunities for service?
We are seeking to impact our community, and world with our service. There are opportunities throughout the year to be in service. Currently we are assembling buckets of cleaning supplies for families in need. After COVID-19 restrictions ease, we are planning some new service projects for the community.
What about opportunities for youth?
We consider young people to be essential to the life of the church and welcome their full participation.
