Pastor Pablo

Rev. Pablo Daniel Róvere (Pastor Pablo, as he like to be called) was born in Chacabuco, Argentina to Hugo and Nora Róvere. He grew up there, and keeps in touch with his parents, two sisters, four nephews and two nieces by Skype.
Pastor Pablo was baptized and grew up in the Methodist Church in argentina. In 2000, he was called to ministry during a devotional time while serving as the Methodist youth representative of Argentina in the Council of Evangelical Methodist Churches of Latin America (CIEMAL), meeting in Sao Paolo, Brazil.
In March 2001, he started seminary in ISEDET, Buenos Aires Argentina (Instituto Superior Evangelico de Estudios Teologicos) and soon met Michelle. In 2005, he married Michelle, graduated from seminary, and began serving three congregations simultaneously while also serving as a circuit leader. Pablo and Michelle have 3 children; Trinity (10), Lucas (6), and Iris (3). Michelle is also a pastor (ordained in the ELCA — Evangelical Lutheran Church of America).
In addition to being a pastor in Argentina, Pastor Pablo has served Menlo Park Churh in Tucson, AZ (Desert Southwest Annual Conference), and two churches in Southern California (California- Pacific Annual Conference). Pablo commission for ordenation in 2016 and ordained in 2019 when he was already serving in our church. He became Member in Full Connection in California-Nevada Annual Conference in 2020.
Pablo loves working with people as they discover the grace of God in everyday life. He believes that the community of faith is called to share God’s word of healing love, justice, compassion and hope in word and deed. He always looks forward to working, in conjunction with the congregation that is “grounded in God’s love, welcoming of all.” He is bilingual, has experience in multicultural ministries, and spends his spare time with his family and his hobbies (soccer, carpentry).
